Established in 2004, Metal Lab - based in Chennai is now one of the leading companies in material testing. We provide a comprehensive range of testing services including Mechanical testing, Non Destructive testing, Metallurgical testing, NDT testing, Calibration testing and other types of testing. We have over 50 technicians and staffs who are highly qualified. Their expertise in testing with inspection knowledge have made us to extend our testing services to all sectors including Aerospace, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Military, Fabrication, General Engineering, Forging, Casting, Nuclear and many other fields.
We use the advanced technologies and testing methods including:
Ultrasonic immersion and Ultrasonic contact inspections, Magnetic particle inspection including, Fluorescent and Black, Dye Penetrant inspection, Eddy current inspection and Radiographic inspection.
We make use of the sophisticated and latest equipments such as, Tensile tester, Universal testing machine, Microscope, ICP, Micro Vickers Hardness tester, Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, UV-Visible Spectrometer, GV, Optical Emission Spectrometer, FTIR, Noise level meter and many other equipments.
Metal Lab is an ISO 17025 – 2005 NABL Accredited Certified Laboratory and is also an ISO 9001 – 2008 Quality Management System Certified Company with the strong base of professionals and dedicated technicians serving all sectors widely for all types of metal testing. We in a short time period of our establishment are now the leading company amongst the NDT services and Metallurgical labs in India.
